Symptoms
When using OIC integration invoking Purchase Request Service Version 1 (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/21c/oeswp/business-object-services.html#purchaserequestserviceversion1-d20146e2951) createRequisition operation is returning a status "FAILED" to the integration but continues processing regardless.
Request element errorProcessingLevel has been mapped with the string "ALL", the information on the docs page says "A code indicating whether processing should continue if an errors occurs. Valid values include All and Partial.", but it does not say if "ALL" blocks all error from continuing or if it allow all errors to continue. If the string "PARTIAL" is used which cases will be blocked?
