How Do You Get The Details Of The Queue Owner Using A Webservice Or Groovy Script?

Using REST API Contacts attribute , the "OwnerPartyNumber" field in Queue object gives the party number of Queue Owner. But when attempt to get the details of the owner Contact using webservice "https://<host_name>/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/contacts/{PartyNumber}", the API call does not return any details.

Please advise how to get the details of Queue Owner using a webservice or if any script?
