Symptoms
When attempting to import a "RESTful Service" export file, the following error occurs:
Unable to process import. Insufficient privileges
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Export ORDS based RESTful Services
2.- On a different APEX instance, go to SQL Workshop > RESTful Services
3.- Click on Import and select export file from Step 1
4.- Import fails with error: "Unable to process import. Insufficient privileges"
