PRC:SSP:Error When Searching An Item On Self Service (Doc ID 2856406.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to Fusion Applications.
2. Go to -> Procurement -> Requisitions
3. Item search on Shop by category page on SSP,  It gives below error:

The error is ORA-29902: error in executing ODCIIndexStart() routine ORA-20000: Oracle Text error: DRG-11112: length of CLOB Query Value exceeds maximum of 64000
