Goal

On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

Organization Tree not working as expected

Customer created one new department called "XX" and assigned to parent department to "YY"
Customer created one new Area of responsibility based on Organization Tree & assigned to a worker and we login with this associate but not able to search associates who are associated with this newly created Department

Please assist
