Mobile Device: Data Picker in Detail Form Does Not Contain Items Available for Selection (Doc ID 2856614.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 21.12 : Mobile Device

When a Data Picker type Data Element (DE) has been utilized in a Business Process Detail Form:

Expected Result

The Data Picker in the Detail Form should contain items available for selection in both the web application and on the mobile device.

Actual Result

In the web version entries for a Data Picker type DE in a Detail Form pops up a window that contains items available for selection.

However, in the mobile app there are no items available for selection.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sign into Unifier on the mobile device.
  2. For the impacted Data Picker type DE, tap on the select icon.
  3. Notice that "No Records Found" is returned.
