Symptoms
When Exporting Configuration Data to Primavera Cloud this error appears:
ERROR

Unable to export data package: PRM 0000000041 error
Within the Log the error is:
An error occurred while exporting the record with name <name> of type INSIGHT_DATA_MODEL (PRM-006016012)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OPC.
2. Select Workspace.
3. Export Configuration Data.
4. Notice the error.
