Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pension is not calculated in payroll run for an employee.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pension should be calculated in payroll run for an employee

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. My Client Groups -> Payroll -> Calculation Cards
  2. Search and select the employee.
  3. Create a calculation card for "Employee Social Insurance or Pension Fund Details".
  4. Enter the "Calculation Component Details".
  5. Click on "Associations".
  6. Enter "Tax Reporting Unit" and "Assignment" details.
  7. Save and Close.
  8. My Client Groups -> Payroll -> Simplified QuickPay.
  9. Search and Select employee.
  10. Submit.
  11. View the SOE for employee. There is no deduction for Pension.
