TRANUPLD_PROCESS_ADHOC Process Is Not Logging Non-fatal Errors

Symptoms
The TRANUPLD_PROCESS_ADHOC process is terminating successfully , but the transportation information is not being uploaded into the Transportation table.
Errors are not being logged in JOB_AUDIT_LOGS table or the IF_ERRORS table either.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload tranupld10.dat and tranupld10.dat.complete files into SFTP Server
2. Execute TRANUPLD_JOB_PROCESS_ADHOC in POM application
3. Check execution logs in POM
4. Check JOB_AUDIT_LOGS table filtering by process id (PID can be found in the execution logs)
