Symptoms

Exclude task should be disable for Rerun option of a batch.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Batch Administrator>scheduler.
Click on Rerun and select the batch and run id.
Click on the Exclude Task option.
We are able to click on it and no UI will be getting opened.
This should be disable for Rerun option.
