ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------


When the HR Admin is adding a compensation allowance (Individual Compensation Plan) to the line manager direct reports, the line manager receives the below notification with a Warning message (via email):
"You don’t have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk."
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ability to view Individual Compensation data/details in the notification needed / without having to assign the Manage Individual Compensation role.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as HR admin
2. Create and save an Individual Compensation Plan
3. The Individual Compensation Plan is assigned to the line manager for approval due to the approval rules
4. The line manager should receive a notification via email with the Individual Compensation Plan details prior to approve it.
