Symptoms
Primavera Administration: 22.2
When attempting to edit existing users in Primavera Administration to assign them a User-Type of Partner to an Existing Company in Primavera Unifier Partner Companies, the following error occurs.
ERROR
"Modifying user attributes failed for application access: PrimaveraUnifierStage due to failed: Unifier Response ["User <username@domain> does not exist", "User <username@doamin.com> doesn't exist for update"]"
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
- In User-administration cloud/p.user-administration
- Edit already Created Users in Stage
- Customers created in Partner Company (opposed to cloud customer company)
- Select User Type Drop Down and Select "Contractor"
- Select Save
- User(s) Created/Modified shows 0 processed, 4 failed
- Export of error failures:
NOTE Second meeting with customer revealed that users were initially created with IDCS, not with Primavera Administration.
