Symptoms

Primavera Administration: 22.2

When attempting to edit existing users in Primavera Administration to assign them a User-Type of Partner to an Existing Company in Primavera Unifier Partner Companies, the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Modifying user attributes failed for application access: PrimaveraUnifierStage due to failed: Unifier Response ["User <username@domain> does not exist", "User <username@doamin.com> doesn't exist for update"]"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------

  1. In User-administration cloud/p.user-administration
  2. Edit already Created Users in Stage
  3. Customers created in Partner Company (opposed to cloud customer company)
  4. Select User Type Drop Down and Select "Contractor"
  5. Select Save
  6. User(s) Created/Modified shows 0 processed, 4 failed
  7. Export of error failures:

NOTE Second meeting with customer revealed that users were initially created with IDCS, not with Primavera Administration.
