Goal

Possible Errors at the time of the Crash when refreshing the existing Smartview Reports developed before 22A Release:

1. "Excel is running into problems with the 'hyperion.commonaddin' add-in. If this keeps happening, disable this add-in and check for available updates. Do you want to disable it now?"

2. "XML Load Error: End tag 'head' does not match the stat tag 'META' "
