Symptoms

On : 21.12.2 version, Unifier Web Services

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
REST services via PIF are unable to create a payment application, after which the SOV becomes locked and users cannot create one manually. There is no error message from PIF. SOAPUI and Postman were tested, but they also timed-out and record were not created.

Users were able to update an existing payment application with REST API.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------------------

  1. Using Postman - URL for customer environment
  2. Run Request: .json
  3. Observe Postman times out and the records are not created

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is for payment applications to be created successfully via REST API.
