Symptoms
Not able to update supplier address when there are more than 500 addresses for the supplier record.
Steps:
- Navigate to Procurement > Suppliers
- Manage Suppliers
- Search and Edit Suppliers
- Go to Address tab and try to Edit Or try to add new Address
- Getting Warnings
Note: This applies to other supplier child entities as well. Ex: Contacts etc.
Error:
Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
