Oracle SmartView reports saved prior to 22A update fail to establish connection to ERP General Ledger Balances cubes
Possible reasons include :
a. Not Installing latest SmartView Client on end user machines
b. Not using recommended Shared Services URL while connecting to ERP General Ledger Balances cubes
c. Using previously saved/bookmarked referencing out dated URL's
d. Saved SmartView reports whose member/cell info are not retained ( example: copy+paste of grid scenarios) esp. when shared between different users
e. Not maintaining Base/Current tree version hierarchies for each of the COA segments
