AWS S3 To OCI Object Storage Bucket Transfer Failing (Doc ID 2858031.1)

Goal

Trying to write/copy files from AWS S3 buckets to OCI Storage objects. Transfer is failing with payload error as below:
Error message- 
STREAMING-AWS4-HMAC-SHA256-PAYLOAD is not supported
