Goal

Scenario:

Launch a OCI Compute instance using "Oracle Weblogic Server Enterprise Edition UCM Image" with Licensing price: Paid.

Make changes to this compute instance and create a OCI Custom Image. Create several new compute instances based on this Custom Image.

Will these new compute instances be properly licensed for Weblogic since they are launched based on Custom Image?
