Symptoms

Problem Description:

After extending a job offer, it is resulting in an error.

When viewing the Error section on the Job Offer page, the following error is seen:

JBO-IRC-LC-ERROR: 110 :TARGET_PHASE_NOT_AVAILABLE: : LifecycleAMImpl.setCurrentPhaseAndState()| Target phase is not available CurrentPhaseId=14 TargetPhaseId=16
