DV Cannot Retrieve Modeler Data From Private ATP With Correct OAC Connection (Doc ID 2858300.1)

OAC DV cannot retrieve data from Private ATP even though correct connection setup is in place.
When attempting to create a model with the web modeler,  No DATA are retrieved from the ATP Data base and No error message is displayed.
 Note:
1) With the same instance, the full set of Data can be retrieved for Publisher and also for Data Visualization.  Only the modeler is unable to retrieve any table.
2) The user account defined in the connection is able to read the requested tables from SQL Developer
