Domain Name Options Not Coming Properly In Contact Screen As DBA Admin Role (Doc ID 2858308.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a new contact ( Business Process Automation ->Communication & Management -> Contacts), the contact screen shows only one domain in the drop down--->DBA . It does not show any other sub domains.
This is happening for DBA. Admin role
