Oracle BICS with CX Sales : Data Sync Issues Post 22A Update (Doc ID 2858320.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.22.01.0 version, Analytics

Out of date Data sync version can lead to various issues after 22A update:

(1) 22A Error: BI Connector is giving a WSDL not found error after 22A update

Customer has OAC Datasync configured to export out data on a schedule from Engagement/Sales Cloud using BI Connector. After the 22A upgrade , BI Connector is giving a WSDL not found error.

Failure connecting to 'Oracle ERP'!
Could not determine wsdl ports.

Log file shows below error:

EXCEPTION CLASS::: oracle.j2ee.ws.wsdl.LocalizedWSDLException

 

(2) Customer has a data sync process, which sync OTBI data to Oracle database by using TigerVNC projects. It started failing after 22A update. The logs shows error:
