Min-max Quantity: Is It Possible That the System Takes into Account the Existing Balances in Other Organizations?

Example:
Customer has organizations A,B and C
Item (X) assigned in all three organizations.
In the organizations: A, B and C the item (X) has as: Min=2 and the Max=5.
Inventory balance for org A = 2, org B = 0, org C = 1 respectively per organization.
At the moment of generating the Min-Max process for the Organization: A
Is it possible that the system takes into account the existing balances in organizations B and C indicating that the value to replenish is 2?
Or does the standard functionality of Min-Max only applies for each organization?
