"Extract Assets Reporting Data" Job Does No Run with All Depreiation Runs (Doc ID 2858453.1)

Established auto job submission per Note 2553344.1 and the lookup ORA_FA_EXTRACT_AUTO_SUBMIT

But when some Depreciation Runs or Create Accounting Jobs run the "Extract Assets Reporting Data" does not run nor create Depreciation and/or Balances to the extract tables for the period.

Expect the jop to run subsequent to successful Depreciation and Create Accounting jobs and populate tables with data:
  FA_DEPRN_EXTRACT and FA_BALANCES_EXTRACT


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Fixed Assets Lookups> ORA_FA_EXTRACT_AUTO_SUBMIT
     All are enabled:
     ORA_FA_BAL
     ORA_FA_DEPRN
     ORA_FA_TRX
2. Run Depreciation or Create Accounting

   "Extract Assets Reporting Data" Job didn't run nor create records in FA_DEPRN_EXTRACT and FA_BALANCES_EXTRACT tables for the period.
