Symptoms
Following the Fusion 22A and FMW 12c update, the daily scheduled extract job to the provisioned Storage Cloud Bucket in the Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector Console has been erroring out.

oracle.cloud.storage.exception.SystemException: An unexpected response was returned from the server: NOT_IMPLEMENTED swift-chunked-transfer-encoding
BICC daily extracts VOs and uploads the contents in OCI Storage. After the update the data is not being extracted.
