When attempting to use Setup Task "Manage Purchasing Document Approvals" and try to upgrade rules below errors are shown:
At least one of the approval rules can't be upgraded. No upgrades can be made. (POR-2010610)
Rule ABC in participant Header First Responder Wins: Multiple users in action aren't supported or can't be derived. Update rule in BPM Administration application. (POR-2010555)
Rule ABC2 in participant Header Consensus: Multiple users in action aren't supported or can't be derived. Update rule in BPM Administration application. (POR-2010555)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login into Fusion Applications
Navigate > Setup and Maintenance
Search for task Manage Purchasing Document Approval
Gives alert saying Rules will be upgraded
and then it refers to some rules which are invalid and suggest to go to BPM and correct them
