Requirement for multiple Cost Center Managers to approve Requisitions. An approval rule is set up to require 2 cost Center Managers to approve Requisitions in parallel, but
notifications only go to 1 Cost Center Manager.  The Approval History Tree also only shows 1 Cost Center Manager. 
The Cost Center Manager that is not in the History Tree does not receive an email, nor does it show up in their Bell or BPM Worklist. 

Note- Both Cost Center Managers do receive approval notifications for invoices and expenses.
