Symptoms

When the scenario status is changed from Proposed, to Planned an error message appears.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Oracle Primavera Cloud
  2. Navigate to Costs and Funds > Budget
  3. Change Scenario from Proposed to Planned
  4. Notice the error
