ORASE/RSP: Troubleshoot ORASE_WEEKLY File Not Being Sent to Retail Applications (Doc ID 2858915.1)

Goal

The ORASE_WEEKLY file was not sent from ORASE. What do we do as the other Retail Applications that receive the ORASE_WEEKLY file from Retail Science Platform (RSP) are waiting on the file.

We did receive a RSP email for job failure such as RSE_POST_EXPORT_WEEKLY_FTP_JOB.
