Error: "Import failed to complete. Unable to Complete P6 XML Project Import" When Importing P6 XML (Doc ID 2859051.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a P6 XML with a baseline, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Import failed to complete.
Unable to Complete P6 XML Project Import

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Open a workspace.
  3. Import P6 XML with baseline.
  4. Import will fail.
