Goal

receipt_nbr is Mentioned as Optional in MFCS OG2 document and also this filed is not used in MFCS. In XSD this filed is mentioned as Required.
We have also successfully consumed Receipt message in MFCS through SOAP UI with out Receipt_NBR .To update the XSD document.
