Primavera Cloud Analytics or Primavera Analytics Administration applications are not available or users are experiencing intermittent service outage when trying to access Analytics.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Launch Primavera Cloud Analytics or Primavera Analytics Administration.
2. 500 errors or other service interruptions.

BUSINESS IMPACT
