Symptoms
Create Requisition
When creating a requisition and changing the price, the following error is triggered even though the allow price override flag is set
ERROR
-----------------------
POR-2010277
{PREFIX}The amount exceeds the agreement price limit. Enter amount less than or equal to {PRICE_LIMIT}.
User provided an amount, for a fixed price line, that is greater than the price limit on the Source Document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check the Allow price override check box on the agreement
2. Create a requisition and change the price
3. Submit requisition
4. Observe the POR-2010277 error
