The client wished to know whether it will be possible to integrate their intranet with the help desk and the solution was it can be done using CTI.
However, recently the requirement is under question want to confirm whether the chatbot/chat is extended to the traditional/classical Help Desk model or to help desk in general.
So, is the chat option available/extended to Help Desk? Also, Is it possible to implement third party chat boxes in traditional HR Help Desk?
