Symptoms
User has Custom Recruiter role and trying to add or update Email Address on an External Candidate Record.
The user is able to edit the Email Address but upon clicking Save, it does not get Saved
And when trying to send an invite, an error pops up that says: The invitation to apply email wasn't sent to candidate.... (IRC-1590081)
