India Reduction Rate not Taken for Group Asset Reporting Currency (Doc ID 2859844.1)

Group Asset with India Reduction Rate find the Reporting Currency for FA_MC_Depreciation has not taken the rate for application.  Primary Ledger does.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1.  Added Group Asset
   Using a method which has year end basis with half year rule
   &
  Group Tab has set:
     Reduction Rate: 50
     Addition: Yes
     Financial Transaction: Select Yes

2.  Added Member Asset and assign it to the Group at #1

3. Run Depreciation and validate values in FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY and FA_MC_DEPRN_SUMMARY
Find FA_DEPRN_SUMMARY is accurately apply reduction rate but this is not applied to FA_MC_DEPRN_SUMMARY
