The following column in the Workforce Learning - Learning Management Real Time subject area in OTBI is not working as expected:

"Learning Item Measures"."Offering Count (By Course)"

The result is not a count of courses plus a count of offerings for that course. For a single course with one offering, it is showing a count of 3.
