Goal

When accessing https://<service instance>-<identity domain>/documents in Edge and Chrome browsers, the page is coming up blank.

The browser console shows the following error:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT - https://<service instance>-<identity domain>.oraclecloud.com/ui/v1/public/common/scripts/device-fingerprint.js

Uncaught ReferenceError: getFingerprint is not defined
  at onload (sso:2:299)
