Symptoms
Purchase orders are not being generated automatically after Release Planned Order from MRP planning.
Requisition line is created in the Procurement but Purchase Order is not created.
Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Release Planned Order (Buy) from plan;
2. Requisition line is created in procurement;
3. Purchase Order is not created automatically from Requisition.
