This document describes how to open the SMTP port when using a free tier account, and whether it is free when it is been used for all instances.

The document is specifically for those customers who want to raise the request for SMTP and want to know any charges for usage of the port for any server. This document is for explaining the cost structure of SMTP port 25 when unblocked, and whether there are any charges when used for any instance.
