Symptoms

 Trying to Cancel the Purchase Order but Change Order stuck in Pending Approval.

 

Steps:
- PO is in Open status and having Project in distribution
- Trying to Cancel the PO
- CO created but stuck in Pending Approval
- Navigating to Transaction Console seeing below error

 

Error:
JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.jbo.RowLimitExceededWarning, msg=JBO-25089: Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
