Symptoms
When using VBCS to change the Requested Delivery Date & Promised Delivery Date for multiple lines on Purchase Order (PO) Change Orders,
some lines fail due to errors. It will work without error after clicking on the Upload Changes button multiple times.
ERRORS

1. Another user is updating this record. Try again later. (26092)
2. Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[188006 ]. (25014)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
--------------------------
1. Add visual Builder plug in to excel
2. Download the required PO data in VB Tool
3. change the required fields
4. upload Data
