Goal

How to switch the current VBCS ATP database to a new one, however current VBCS applications are connecting to the VBCS ATP database.

1)Do we need re-build VBCS or not?
2)We know there is a setting on the VBCS side to connect to the VBCS ATP database, want to confirm if it is the only setting that needs to be updated, is there any other location we need an update?
