Goal

In Visual Builder Studio 22.04.0 when creating a Merge Request, the system is not sending email notifications to the whole group in Default Reviewers for that git branch.
We have an IDCS group added as default reviewers for the main branch. There are multiple people in that group but only few get the email, the rest of them don't.
