Create Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Smart Form

Smart Form is not available to Requester User After User Changes Requester Preferences Requisition Business Unit (BU)
 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see smart form all times independently of the Requester Business Unit selected in Requester Preferences.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create multiple BUs/ Requisitioning BUs
BU A
BU B
BU C
BU D

2. Create multiple Advanced Procurement Requester custom roles, 1 per BU and associate each role to its business unit
Advanced Procurement Requester BU A
Advanced Procurement Requester BU B
Advanced Procurement Requester BU C
Advanced Procurement Requester BU D

2. Create Employee/Requester User as follows
Business Unit = BU A,
Roles
Advanced Procurement Requester BU A
Advanced Procurement Requester BU B
Advanced Procurement Requester BU C
Advanced Procurement Requester BU D
 
3. Create a Smart form

4. Create a Content Zone for BU A, associate the smart form to the content zone

5. Sign on as Requester
smart form is displayed

6. Go to Requester Preferences
Requisition Business Unit matches the Manage Users Business Unit
BU A
Change the Requisition Business Unit to a different value
BU B

7. Go back to Shop Page,
Smart form is no longer displayed

8. Repeat the procedure to Business Units
BU C or
BU D
