SLA Custom Tranasactions Types not working (Doc ID 2860975.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is creating a custom transaction types xx_xxxx_xx in Manage Inventory Transaction Sources using language Spanish . When configuring the SLA mapping logged in Spanish there is no problem, they can see the transaction type and assign it to a mapping set
But when they run create accounting it does not recognize the mapping configuration using new transaction type

When user is logged in English, and try to search for the same new created transaction type user does not find the newly created transaction type . The User can create a custom transaction type in English and this can be seen in Spanish and is picked up in SLA


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

expecting the custom transaction type to be visible and both English and Spanish and to be used by SLA

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Spanish Manage Inventory Transaction Sources and Types, Transaction Sources
2. Create xx_xxx_xx
3. Login to English cannot find
4. Run create accounting in Spanish it does not recognize the SLA set with new custom transaction type
