Allocation Calculation Error (Doc ID 2860978.1)

Symptoms

While trying to allocate a PO, it is failing with calculation error. User is selecting all locations and setting a policy of history using last 6 weeks from last year.

This is the error log from Asynchronous Tasks in the Allocation Module:
