Symptoms

The Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace instance is suffering from a high CPU load, however the expected processes are not shown when using the Linux 'top' command.

When viewing the 'top' output, it shows something similar to the following:

The expected ODI and other instance processes are not displayed.
