On : 11.13.21.10.0 version, Manage Contract Billing

Generate Invoice process completes with below error:



pjb_billing_utils.check_skip_contract : Entering : contractId <contract Id>

Get_Eligible_Reg_Contracts : Contract Number: <Contract Number>(<contract Id>)

Get_Eligible_Reg_BP_Clines : Unexpected error in Get_Eligible_Reg_BP_Clines

Get_Eligible_Reg_BP_Clines : ORA-01722: invalid number

Error: ORA-20001: Get_Eligible_Reg_BP_Clines : ORA-01722: invalid number
