Symptoms
When attempting to cancel the transfer order line, the following error occurs:
ERROR

An error occurred while submitting the proposed change. The error message is recorded in the Interface Error Message attribute. (INV-2416513)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Transfer Order Lines
2. Query the transfer order.
3. Attempt to cancel the transfer order line.
